Steps

Rinse the pork bones and chicken feet, then blanch them in boiling water until just cooked. Set aside.
- 2
Rinse the green onions and cilantro, then finely slice and set aside.
- 3
Rinse the fresh vegetables for serving and set aside.
- 4
Rinse the dried red cotton flowers and soak them in water. Set aside.
- 5
Heat a pot over medium heat and add a little oil. Sauté the Nam Ngiao curry paste with the ground pork until fragrant. Add the pork bones and chicken feet, and stir-fry until cooked. Add the tomatoes and soaked cotton flowers, and stir until fragrant. Pour in 6 1/3 cups water (about 1.5 liters). Once it comes to a boil, reduce the heat to low and simmer for about 30 minutes.
