Mix the dry ingredients together.

Dissolve the sugar in the milk and oil.

Combine all the ingredients and mix well.

Pour most of the batter into a baking pan greased with tahini, reserving a little of the batter. Add the cocoa powder to the reserved batter and mix.

Pour the cocoa batter on top of the plain batter in the pan, then bake in the oven.
