Apple lowers the risk of cancer , diabetes & heart disease.
Papaya boosts immunity system , improves digestion & a great fruit for diabetics amongst other benefits .
Lemon & ginger makes this smoothie more flavourable . Ginger clears toxins from the body & lemon 🍋 is high on Vitamin C & full of fiber.
This is a perfect on the go nourishing drink if you have no time for breakfast .

    Blitz all the ingredients except lemon juice. Do not strain.
