Ingredients

  1. 1 packbakchoy
  2. 1little pork belly
  3. slicesGinger and garlic
  4. 1little salt

Steps

  1. 1

    Wash veggies then blanch it and set aside.

  2. 2

    Then in a pan add cooking oil and sautee garlic and ginger until aromatic.

  3. 3

    Then the veggies add some salt and just a little water.

  4. 4

    Stir it and cook until half done.
