Garlic Shoot Bokkeum (Korean-Style Sauté Dish)

I just threw together this Korean-style sautéed garlic shoots.
It turned out that these were my husband's favorite.
He said when his mother would make them in Korea, she'd stir-fry them with baby fish.
This is one of my husband and daughter's favorite dishes.
You can also use tubed garlic.
In that case, use about 1-1 and 1/2 teaspoons.
If you don't have any honey, use 1 tablespoon sugar.

Chop the garlic shoots into 4-5 cm lengths.

Mince the garlic.

Add the oil and garlic to a frying pan and sauté. Once the garlic becomes fragrant, add the garlic shoots and continue sautéeing.

When the garlic shoots become tender, add the ● ingredients in the order of dashida, sugar, honey, soy sauce, then red chili pepper powder, and continue to sauté.
