Easy Gâteau au chocolat

I was asked to prepare a recipe for cakes to give away for Valentine's Day.
It's slightly small so that a couple could finish the whole thing together.
I used 2 chocolate bars that weighed 60 g each. When chopping up the chocolate, do so on top of the sheet that the chocolate came with. It takes no effort if you flip the chocolate over and chop it up diagonally.
If it's to be served the following day, keep it in a plastic bag to make it even more moist. It also might be easier to use a cake pan with a removable bottom. Recipe by jun jun

Steps
- 1
Preheat oven at 170℃. Grease the cake pan with margarine and line with parchment paper.
- 2
Measure out the ingredients. Beat the eggs. Combine flour, baking powder, and cocoa powder to sift.
- 3
Chop up the chocolate bar and butter into fine pieces. Put them into a bowl and microwave for 1 minute. If they don't melt enough, microwave for a bit longer.
- 4
Add beaten eggs into the bowl from step 3. Mix with a whisk.
- 5
Also add the sugar and mix well.
- 6
Using a rubber spatula, add the powdered ingredients and fold in lightly in a cutting motion.
- 7
Pour the batter into the cake pan. Drop it onto your workplace or counter several times to remove any air bubbles. Bake for 30 minutes at 170℃.
- 8
Test with a bamboo skewer and make sure it comes out clean. Done. Bake for another 10 minutes if necessary. Top with powdered sugar when it's cooled down.
