I thought of a Valentines Day recipe combining the fresh, tart flavor of kiwi with liquor for a taste that even those who dislike sweets can enjoy.

Rice Flour Chocolate Cake with Kiwi

Peel the kiwi and cut into 5 mm corners. Apply the ● ingredients and set aside. Leave the eggs and yogurt out at room temperature.

Mince the chocolate and butter, place in a heat-resistant bowl, and wrap with plastic.

Microwave (at 500~600 W) for 2 minutes to 2 minutes 20 seconds. Remove the wrap and mix well. Preheat your oven to 180℃.

Add the granulated sugar, eggs, and yogurt in that order and mix well. Combine the rice flour and baking powder together, add, and mix.

Pour into a pan lined with baking sheets.

Sprinkle on the kiwi from step 1 together with its juices. Bake in the 180℃ oven for about 30 minutes.

Once it's finished, remove from the pan. Remove the baking sheet after the cake has cooled down.

Cut into pieces of your desired size and transfer to a serving dish. If you want to let it sit you can wrap it up in a sheet or plastic wrap and store in the refrigerator.
