Ingredients

  1. 500 gchicken thighs fillets or breast, sliced
  2. 1pointed white cabbage, thinly sliced
  3. 2 tablespoonscooking oil
  4. Salt
  5. 1garlic clove thinly sliced
  6. Sauce
  7. 1 tablespoongochujang
  8. 1 teaspoonmirin
  9. 1 tablespoonsoy sauce
  10. 1 tablespoontahini paste
  11. 1 teaspoonsesame oil
  12. 1garlic clove, crushed
  13. Topping - Decoration
  14. Furikake/sesame seeds - optional
  15. spring onion

Cooking Instructions

    In a large pan, heat up some oil on medium heat and cook the garlic until fragrant (not browned) then add the chicken and stir until cooked from the outside

    Add the cabbage to the chicken with salt and black pepper, stir then increase the heat.

    Mix the sauce ingredients in a small bowl

    Once the chicken is well cooked, the cabbage slices have tilted and most of the water has evaporated, add the sauce to the pan with the other ingredients, combine well and cook for another 2-3 minutes - you can sprinkle some furikake or sesame seeds

    Top with some more sesame seeds and spring onion and enjoy!
