Chinese Cabbage and Pork Stir-Fry with Miso and Mayonnaise Chinese Cabbage and Pork Stir-Fry with Miso and Mayonnaise
*I experimented with various flavours to use up the Chinese cabbage I had around.*I used a healthier variety of mayonnaise.*It won't be watery if you stir-fry quickly over high heat.*When you cook a large portion of Chinese cabbage at one time, it'll release some water and lower the temperature of the pan. If you have too much water in the pan, adjust the seasonings, and lightly thicken with katakuriko. It's also delicious that way too. For 2 servings. Recipe by putimiko cookpad.japan -
Pork Belly and Kimchi Stir Fry Pork Belly and Kimchi Stir Fry
【 youtu.be/RQWCpgLuAmU 】Pork Belly and Kimchi Stir fry is a filling dish, can be made for both lunch and dinner with a small touch of spice within it. I definitely recommend it and is certainly eaten by many Koreans who love a balanced meal with meat and small hint of vegetables. If you cant finish the entire dish you can always save it for later and can be easily eaten with toast and melted cheese for the next day, breakfast or lunch. My daughters certainly enjoy it with some melted cheese on a crunchy toast and sometimes there is not enough for the next day- they already finished it on the same day for dinner! Kitchen J -
Pork and Gochujang Stir-Fry Pork and Gochujang Stir-Fry
I can't get enough of spicy food.-Use whatever cut of meat that you like. I think meat that has a bit of fat tastes delicious.-This burns easily, so cook it slowly over a medium heat.-Using a plastic bag in step 2 reduces the amount of dishes and makes things easier.-It will hold for 2~3 days in the state of Step 3. Large heads of Chinese cabbage can be quite a challenge to eat up! You'll find yourself eating more than you think.Add the leaf part of the Chinese cabbage at the end as it cooks quickly. When more thickness is required, add more diluted katakuriko. If it's too thick, dilute with hot water.Happo-jiru is a multi-purpose soy sauce-based seasoning commonly used in Aomori Prefecture! I wanted to make a good use of spring cabbage. The flavour of miso and oyster sauce mix is absolutely delicious.I used 2 large leaves of cabbage for this recipe. If your cabbage seems smaller in size, I would suggest you using a little more than that (3 to 4 leaves). The sauce is quite rich in flavour so you can be generous with the amount of vegetables you add to the pan. The finished dish will be as delicious if you swap japanese leek with onion. Recipe by Nanohana cookpad.japan -
