Mix all ingredients in a bowl.

Make 6-8 scoops the size of a golf ball. (An ice cream scoop helps)

Hand flatten to desired size and place on a plate or cookie sheet.

Place in refrigerator for 20 mins (or freezer for 10). This helps them hold their shape while cooking.

In a medium sized skillet, heat two tablespoons of butter and two tablespoons of oil to medium.

Add your patties and cook on each side for 4 mins.

Place into a paper towel lined bowl to absorb excess oil. Let stand for 3-5 mins.

Serve and enjoy!
