Sieve the lilva seeds and crush it in a mixture.

Take oil in a pan,add hing and red chilli powder and add crushed lilva.

Keep stirring continuously. After 5 minutes add the spices one by one. Lastly add coriander after adding all the spices.

After adding everything take a small portion of stuffing and try to make ball from it,if it turns into a tight ball it seems stuffing is ready. Cool down the stuffing. Make equal balls from it.

For outer layer add all the ingredients and with the help of water make a soft dough. Make balls from it.

Take a dough ball and roll small puri and put lilva stuffing balls in it and pull it gently from all the sides and close the ball.

After all the kachoris are filled,fry them. You can serve with mint and coriander chutney or date chutney.
