Shrimp and Cheese Omelette

Chop the shrimp into small pieces. Beat the eggs and add the green onions and carrot.

Add the shrimp and oyster sauce, and mix well. Heat the vegetable oil in a skillet, pour in the egg mixture, and cook. When one side is cooked, flip it over.

Place the cheddar cheese slice on top, wait until the other side is cooked through, then transfer to a plate and serve.
