Easy Homemade Granola

My daughter’s been asking me to make some homemade granola. We all know how pricey it is at the store, homemade granola is So simple, and it smells amazing. so here’s how I make it at home. I mixed rolled oats, chopped almonds, pumpkin seeds, a pinch of salt, cinnamon, melted coconut oil, honey ,vanilla, Spread it on a baking sheet, press it down a little, and bake at 325°F for 25 to 30 minutes. Let it cool completely stirred in some dried cranberries. Give it a good mix! That’s it! Enjoy!

Transfer the mixture to a baking pan lined with parchment paper. Press it down lightly to help form clusters. Bake at 325°F (163°C) for 25–30 minutes, rotating the pan halfway through. Watch carefully—don’t let it burn!
