Wheat flour banana cake

Take a wide deep plate, and add wheat flour,maida, cocoa powder,baking powder,baking soda and salt, sieve and keep aside. Collect ripe red bananas. Keep it ready.

Peel out the banana skin,add into a big bowl, and mash it well with a fork, to nice puree.

Add brown sugar into a banana puree, beat with a hand whisk,and add oil, beat well.

Then add the cake flour, mix it with a spatula, using the cut and fold method.

Add vanilla essence and chopped nuts,mix and pour into a cake greased cake mould.

Sprinkle some choco chips, keep into the preheated microwave oven. Bake for 180 degree Celsius 30 to 40 minutes depending upon oven. Insert the toothpick,and inform the cake is ready. Let it cool for ten minutes.

Remove and de-mould the cake. Cut into pieces. Enjoy the healthy and tasty wheat flour red banana cake.
