Cooking Instructions
- 1
Place the salad mix on a plate. On top there are multi-colored peppers cut into strips.

Cut cherry tomatoes into halves or rings. Add to salad.
- 3
Add thinly sliced salmon. Crumble blue cheese. Add salt to taste.
- 4
Before serving, pour over the prepared dressing.
You can prepare the dressing yourself according to your favorite recipe. Honey, with garlic, soy sauce, mustard and lemon work well here.
