First of all sift the wheat flour and add all the spices. Sift and add the Manchurian powder. Mix the flour with water and make medium dough.

Let the dough rest for 10 minutes and make a large and thin roti out of it. And with the help of the lid, cut it into small round size pieces.

First roast all the khakhras raw on a non-stick pan. Apply ghee on it. Then press it with a cloth on low flame and roast it until both sides are crispy.

Mini Manchurian Khakhras ate ready to serve.
