Easy Salmon à la Meunière without Butter

Pan-frying with butter makes it fragrant, but I used grapeseed oil this time. Regular vegetable oil is also good.
You can use the store salmon tray for all the preparation so that you don't need to do extra dishes. Wipe up any excess water with tissue paper. For 2 servings. Recipe by Karupinetto

Steps
- 1
Sprinkle both sides of the salmon with salt and pepper. I used Krazy Salt and coarsely ground black pepper.
- 2
Coat with flour. Heat oil in a pan, and pan-fry both sides until lightly browned. Cover with a lid, and cook over medium heat for 2 minutes, then flip and cook another 2 minutes over low heat.
- 3
Serve on a plate with lemon slices.
