7peeled and boiled potatos
5hard boiled eggs
1/3 cupcelery , small diced
1/4 cuponion small diced
1carrot, shredded
2/3 cupmayonnaise
1ground black pepper to taste
1salt to taste

rough chop the potatoes in to medium pieces and add in to a bowl.

in the same bowl add eggs , carrots, celery, onions, mayonnaise, salt, pepper and mix trying to mash the potatoes and living some chunks.

chill before serving and enjoy
