Stylish & Filling Whole Tomato Salad

My mother-in-law said that she wanted to eat a salad in the style of the famous restaurant Capital Touyoutei, so I tried making one this way.
Chop the cucumber up after slicing it.
The tomato and dressing taste great on their own, but they definitely taste best when served with the other vegetables underneath.
This salad is quite difficult to eat with chopsticks so please eat it with a knife and fork instead. For 4 servings. Recipe by Taishi-n
