Ingredients

3 servings

133 mlFresh basil (tightly packed)
2 cloveGarlic
4 tbspExtra virgin olive oil
4 tbspTahini (white sesame paste)
4 tbspLemon juice
2 tbspWater
850 gramsChickpeas (canned or boiled)
1 tspSalt

Steps

Add all of the ingredients, except the chickpeas and salt, into the food processor. Mix until smooth.

Add the chickpeas and salt, and continue mixing. Taste the flavor and adjust with salt as needed.
3

Infuse with love and gratitude and serve with chips, vegetable sticks, etc.
