Marinated Olives and Tomatoes

The natural flavor of the tuna is already tasty, but I added marinade dressing to make it more refreshing.
Make sure to drain the oil really well when you're making this for bentos. It also looks pretty served with mizuna greens. For 1 serving. Recipe by Cherry mama49

Steps
- 1
Cut the tomato into fourths. Slice the olives into thin rounds.
- 2
Drain the oil well from the canned tuna. Combine with tomatoes and olives from Step 1.
- 3
Combine with the marinade and mix to finish!
- 4
The contrasting colors of black and red look really pretty in bentos.
- 5
You could also use homemade marinade! Make it with 2 tablespoons vinegar, 1 tablespoon sugar, and oregano and dried basil (optional).
