Steps

Take a pan keep it on a slow flame of gas add dal and all seeds roast till crispy. Make sure dal and seeds should not change is color.

In same pan add Jaggery keep gas flame slow stir well till it melt. Stir continuously add 1 tsp water so Jaggery shouldn't burnt as we have to make crispy syrup. Now add ghee and stir well so Jaggery syrup color will change in light shade and become fluffy quickly add dal and seeds. and mix well. Turn off flame.

Let it for a minutes and when it's stir warm cut marks on the rolled chikki

Now your uttarayan special pumpkin seeds & sun flowers seeds chikki is ready to serve. Enjoy.
