Use a flat tablespoon spoon too scoop the cold mash into a large ball and then place Plain Flour on a Dinner Plate and then dust on each side of the potato ball and then place in the non-stick Frying Pan - make 4 for One Person

Gently simmer on the lowest hob heat for 9 minutes each side and then crisp both sides for the last 2 minutes by turning the hob heat up too the highest setting and then count 60 seconds each side and then it's done
