This yogurt is delicious. The banana adds sweetness, while the apple and spices give it a wonderful apple kuchen flavor. Simple and tasty. Cardamom is a spice made from the seeds of a plant, used to flavor both sweet and savory dishes, and is also used medicinally. It's very popular in India.

1/4 teaspoonground cinnamon
1/4 teaspoonground cardamom seeds
1/8 teaspoonground cloves
1apple, diced small
1/2 cupplain yogurt (about 120 ml)
2 tablespoonschopped walnuts
2 tablespoonschopped almonds

In a small bowl, mash the banana. Add the spices and mix well. Add the diced apple and yogurt, then mix to combine.

Top with walnuts, almonds, and a few pieces of apple. If you like, you can also add blueberries (optional). Simple and delicious.
