  • 1 cuphalved strawberries
  • 1banana
  • 3 tbsp chia seeds
  • 2 tbsp oats
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 1 +1/4 cup milk

  1. 1

    In a jar add strawberries,banana,oats,honey and blend until the mixture is smooth

    Add chia seeds and mix well

    Allow the mixture to set in a fridge for 2-3 hours till the chia seeds swell up and becomes thick

  5. 5

    Garnish with banana,strawberries,rose petals and enjoy
