This is an easily scalable noodle recipe. It makes 2 servings of spaghetti noodles on setting 6 in my pasta maker.

Combine flour and salt.

Mix egg, water and oil separate then add to flour and mix together until uniform, then cover and let rest in refrigerator for around 30 minutes.

Flatten out and cut into whatever noodles you'd like with pasta maker or knife.

Put in boiling water for about 5 minutes.
