Simple and healthy soup made with carrot and cauliflower.
Steps

First wash carrot and cauliflower. Peel the carrot and grate the carrot and cauliflower. In a grinder. Heat 1 tbsp butter then fry chopped onion and crushed garlic. Till it is light brown in color. Then add black pepper powder and salt as needed.

Now add grated carrot and cauliflower. Mix.it well. Now add water. For 4 person add 4 cup of water.

Boil it for 10 minutes. Once it is done. Then switch off the flame. Cool it in a room temperature. Then grind it and strain the soup. Now transfer the soup in a Kadai. Once the soup started boiling add 2 tbsp cornflour milk.

Stir it continuously. Till it is thick in consistency. Once it is done. Then switch off the flame. Transfer to a bowl.

Serve.hot.soup with nachos..
