  • 1/4 cupsoaked scented Gobindobhog rice
  • 3 Tbspsoaked green moong daal
  • 1/3 cupgrated coconut 🥥
  • 2 Tbsproasted chana daal
  • 2 Tbspsugar/ jaggery
  • 1 pinchsalt
  • 1 pinchrock salt
  • 1/3 Tspdry ginger powder (South powder)
  • 1/4 Tspblack cardamom powder
  • 1/3 Tspblack pepper crushed
  • 2 spoonghee/ clarified butter
  • 1 cupwarm water
  • Chopped dry fruits and dry cranberries to garnish

Steps

10 minutes
  1. 1

    Arrange the required ingredients first.

    Take all the ingredients mentioned above, in a pressure cooker.

    Add warm water and allow to boil. Cook for one whistle. Cool down, garnish with chopped dry fruits and cranberries before serving and njoy. Thanks.
