Steps
- 1
Wash the chicken thoroughly and keep it aside. Since it is not a “Seekh kebab” hence a little amount of bone in chicken is fine.
- 2
Prepare all the pastes, the dry spices and the curd and bring them together.
- 3
Now marinate the chicken with all the above-mentioned ingredients.
- 4
Cover it tightly and leave it for approx 5 to 6 hours.
- 5
Now take a frying net and pre heat it over the gas stove. Now apply a layer of melted butter and place the chicken pieces.
- 6
Then place the net over the gas oven. Keep the flame at the lowest. Keep turning the pieces at frequent intervals to avoid burning.
- 7
Repeat it with all the pieces. Once it is done, coat them with a layer of little butter and serve hot with naan, roti, or as a side of some drinks.
