Wild Dandelion Tabbouleh

Wash the dandelion greens, chop them, then wash again. Finely chop the green onions and add them to the greens.

Soak the bulgur in a little water.

Dice the tomatoes and radish.

Juice the lemons.

Add the tomatoes, radish, and soaked bulgur to the dandelion greens and green onions. Then add the lemon juice, salt, and olive oil. Mix well and serve.
