I made fish tikka in the oven using just 2 teaspoons of oil. It's very tasty and also healthy.

Clean and wash the fish thoroughly. Pat dry to remove excess water. Add all the spices, dried mango powder, salt, and ginger-garlic paste. Mix well to coat the fish evenly. Cover and refrigerate to marinate for 30 minutes.

After 30 minutes, remove the fish from the refrigerator. The spices will be well absorbed. Grease the oven tray with 1 teaspoon oil. Arrange the fish pieces on the tray. Brush the tops with oil and set the oven to grill mode. Grill for 10 minutes.

After 10 minutes, take out the tray and flip all the fish pieces. Return to the oven and grill for another 5 minutes. Remove from the oven; the fish tikka is now ready.

Transfer to a serving plate and serve with green chutney and sliced onions. It tastes delicious.
