Steps
- 1
Soak the black beans in enough drinking water for almost 2-3 hours for the best results. Drain thoroughly in a strainer so that the water is completely drained and they are all set for roasting. Mix in all the ingredients. Spread on a butter paper-lined baking tray.
- 2
Bake in a preheated oven on 200° for about 35 to 40 minutes. It depends upon the oven you are using as every oven temperature settings are different. Keep turning and tossing one or two times in between to ensure even roasting of it.
- 3
Serve at Tea-time or Shaam ki Chai to your families or even as an afterschool quick munchie to your kids. The choice is entirely yours. Store them in air-tight containers and relish for up to 2 weeks or even more if there is anything left until then because it will disappear from the containers in a jiffy. Such is it's taste and texture. Enjoy!
