Cut chilli, tomatoes, garlic and red onion to small pieces.

Heat enough oil to fry. Fry chilli, tomatoes, garlic and red onion at the same time until everything turned golden. Do not use small amount of oil as the oil will be needed in the mixture.

Grind or blend all the mixture (including the oil) with bouillon powder, salt and sugar. Grin or blend until wanted texture (it can be smooth or not too smooth). Adjust sugar and salt according to taste.
