You may wish to add Chocolate Chips instead of Sultanas. The recipe is very versatile. It’s super simple and easy.

Preheat oven to 180℃. Line a baking tray with baking paper.

Whisk Butter (OR Margarine), Sugar and Salt in a mixing bowl until creamy, add Egg and whisk well. Add other ingredients and use a spatula OR large spoon to mix well.

Spoon the mixture on the prepared tray and form 6 buns. Sprinkle some Sugar over the buns, but it is optional.

Bake for 12 to 15 minutes OR until nicely browned.
