Here’s an easy and quick way to make these croissants.

Spread the cream cheese over the puff pastry. Add the salmon and the slice of chicken breast on top.

Preheat your oven to 350°F (180°C). Roll up the croissants. Brush them with egg yolk. Sprinkle dill on the salmon croissants.

Bake at 350°F (180°C) for 20 minutes, until the croissants are golden brown.
