Cooking Instructions

In a mixing bowl add wheat flour add cumin seeds and powder spices along with salt. Add chopped onion, green chillies and ginger. Add 1tbsp oil and Mix well. Then add chopped methinks and bathua leaves mix all together well.

Add little by little water and knead a semi soft dough. Cover and keep aside for ten minutes for rest.
Then make medium size balls from the dough. Take one ball place on olling board sprinkle some sesame seeds on the ball Press slightly. - 3
Roll the paratha gently in a circle shape.place the paratha on pre heated tawa.cook from one side then flip and add little oil and cook from both side until it turns golden brown.

Make all parathas and served hot with masala curd.
