Put rice in water for at least an hout and wash it good

Prepare rice for 5 minutes just like Al dente pasta with lots of water and the salt, max heat

Chop and mix the parcley, onion, coriander, dill and Peas and garlic

Mix the chooped Green with the rice and add salt if Needed

Cut potatoes to 1 cm slices

Put oil of several mm Height in the pot, add turmeric and mix

Put potatoes in the pot and Cook for 7 minutes max heat

Put rice on top of the potatoes and press tightly

Do about 7 holes in the rice to the bottom

Add about 1 cup of hot water mixed with spices

Cover with lid and towel

Cook on medium fire for 10 minutes

Cook for 40 minutes on low fire
