Mung bean spinach dhokla

Wash rice and mung bean. Soak for 5-6 hours. Drain water and grind well. Blanch spinach and grind with rice mung bean rava chilli and ginger.

Rest for 15 to 20 minutes. Add salt and baking soda mix well in one direction. Grease thali and make dhokla. Steam for 15-20 minutes.

Dhokla is ready. Make tadka. Serve hot with green chutney, oil, sauce.
