Making Rabdi -
Heat milk in a kadai add sugar and boil it sometimes then add milk powder and mix it well and continue cooking on low heat until the milk becomes thicker, then turn off the flame. Rabdi is ready, little cool down then add rose essence, mix it well, keep aside. - 2
Heat ghee in a kadai add chopped dry fruits, fry well, keep aside. Same kadai add grated carrots and cook on low heat until the raw smell goes away and the moisture evaporate.

Now add milk and sugar and cook until the mixture turn thick.

Now add milk powder, mix it well and cook another 6 -7 minutes and evaporates fully. Finish with fried dry fruits, cardamom powder and ghee, mix it everything properly and switch off the flame. Halwa is ready.

Take serving glasses first place the carrot halwa and press it with the spoon then pour rabdi, again place halwa then top with rabdi and garnish with tutti fruti.

Keep the glasses into the refrigerator to chilled them, Now ready to serve. Enjoy!!!!
