cooking wine, dark soy sauce
1 stalkspring onion
Some shallots and garlic

Steps

1

Wash and cut tofu into bite sizes.Then heat pan and add cooking oil. Fry tofu until golden brown.

Then transfer in a plate.In the same pan pour the sauce and simmer a minute.

Put back the tofu and slowly mix it until well coated.

Place in a plate and serve.
