Ingredients

  1. 32 ounceschicken broth
  2. 1 poundfrozen wontons
  3. 1baby bok choi (chopped, keep stem and leaf pieces separate)
  4. 1 bunchspring onions (chopped)
  5. 1star anise
  6. 1 tbspolive oil
  7. 1 tbspapple cider vinegar
  8. 1 tbspsoy sauce
  9. 1 tbspminced garlic
  10. 1 tspminced ginger
  11. 1 tspcrushed fennel seeds

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Add olive oil to a pan, heat to medium & roast minced garlic for 3 minutes

  2. 2

    Add Chicken broth & all spices/sauces to pan, turn heat to high until it boils

  3. 3

    Add Bok Choi stem pieces, boil for 3 minutes

  4. 4

    Add Bok Choi leaves & frozen wontons, boil for 3 minutes

  5. 5

    Remove from heat & garnish with spring onions
