Cooking Instructions

Flush the pot with cold water. Put the milk and bring to almost boil.

Mix semolina with sugar and salt. Poor slowly into almost boiling milk. Cook on medium to low heat about 3-5 min, constantly stirring or it will stick to the bottom.

Add the butter.
