Soak the kabuli chana for 8 hours.and add these chole to pressure cooker, add salt and 1 pinch of baking soda, add garam masala add water and make 6 whistle

Chopped the onion and tomato add oil in the pan add curry leaves jeera, Turmeric powder, add onion and tomato.fry until brown, add red chilli powder, chole masala, salt, dhanya jeera powder and sugar

Now remove all masala from cooked chole and add in the pan,now mix it properly

Cook for 5 min, keep the lead on the pan

Add coriander leaves and serve it with roti or kulcha dry chole masala is ready
