Ingredients

  1. For the rice:
  2. 2 cupsrice
  3. 4 cupswater
  4. For the porridge:
  5. 2,5lt water
  6. 300 grgrouper skinless fillet
  7. 3 clovesgarlic, minced
  8. 2 inchesginger, pounded or finely grated/minced
  9. salt and pepper (to taste)
  10. 2green onions, thinly sliced
  11. Soy sauce condiments:
  12. soy sauce
  13. ginger, thinly sliced
  14. green onions
  15. birds eye chili peppers (if you like it spicy)

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Put the rice in the blender with 1 cup water. Make rough purée rice (not too long so the rice won’t be too soft like baby food).

  2. 2

    Boil the rest of the water. Add rice purée.

  3. 3

    Add garlic, ginger, fish, salt, and pepper. Keep stirring until boiling.

  4. 4

    Serve warm with green onions garnish dan soy sauce condiments! 😋
