Take a oil in a pan heat and add all ingredients as per shown above and sauté for while as shown in pic then let it cool and grind it smoothly

Now add boiled kabuli chana
Add water as per requirement - 3
Now cook for 10 to 15 mins on slow flame then switch off the flame and take it out in serving bowl and serve with kulcha mutter puri

Punjabi cholle is ready to serve
