BROCCOLI PULAO in COOKER

Soak rice in water for 1 hr, wash it, strain it, keep aside. Take a pressure cooker, add oil, heat it. Add in tejpatta, choti elaichi, dalchini & laung, saute it for 10 sec.

In goes zeera, let it splutter. Add onion now, stir fry it until light brown.

In goes aloo, stir fry it for a minute.

Now add rice, mix it well. Stir fry it for a minute.

In goes ginger garlic paste, stir fry it for 2 minutes.

Add in red chilli powder & dhania powder, mix it well, stir fry it for 2 minutes.

Meanwhile boil broccoli florets for a minute, strain it, fry it until light brown. Take out in a dish, keep aside.

To continue with the masala, add garam masala powder, mix it well, also add fried broccoli, stir fry it for a minute.

Now add 3 cup water, mix it well, in goes salt & ghee, mix it again, place the lid, give 4 whistles on high flame.

Turn off the flame, allow it to depressurise naturally. Open the lid after 10 minutes.

Take out in a serving dish, garnish it with dhania leaf...
