Ingredients

  1. 1 cupRajma
  2. 2Onion chopped
  3. 2tomato (chopped and make paste)
  4. 1 tsp ginger-garlic paste
  5. 1 tspgreen chili chopped
  6. 1 pinchHing
  7. Salt as required
  8. 1/2 tspcumin seed
  9. 1Bay leaf
  10. 1/2 tspTurmeric powder
  11. 1/2 tspRed chilli powder
  12. 1 tspcoriander powder
  13. 1/4 tspgaram masala powder
  14. 1 tbspoil
  15. 1 tbspcoriander leaves chopped
  16. Water as required

    1- wash and soak rajma overnight in sufficient water. After soaking Heat cooker and add Rajma,1 bay leaf, 1/2 tsp salt and 3 cup of water.

    Cover the lid and apply 3_4 whistles.
    Remove from heat.

    Heat oil in a pan and hing and cumin seed. After its crackled add chopped green chili and onion.

    Saute till softened. Add ginger-garlic paste and roast add tomato puree. Cook on medium flame.

    Add Turmeric powder, Coriander powder, red chilli powder and garam masala powder and mix.cook till masala releases the oil.

    Add boiled Rajma and salt and mix.cover the lid and apply 2 whistles and remove from heat.

    After releasing the steam open the lid and mix well. Serve hot with rice garnish with chopped coriander leaves.
