Heat oil and temper cumin seed bay leaf and red chilli whole

Now add hing and stir well

Add garlic crushed and saute

Add ginger paste and saute well till the raw smell disappears

Now add Onion slices and saute well adding salt and turmeric powder

Add the masala powder and red chilli Powder and mix well

Add tomatoes and saute well till oil separates

Add boiled rajma and combine well adding little water
- 9
Simmer adding sugar and rajma masala
- 10
Serve it with rice or chapati
