DAHI PHULKI with BUCKWHEAT FLOUR

Take a bowl, add dahi, whisk it nicely, add very lil water if required, keep it in the fridge. Take another bowl, add buckwheat flour, add water slowly slowly, whisk it nicely until fluffy, keep it a lil thick.

Now add salt, red chilli powder & garam masala powder, whisk it again.

In goes green chilli & dhania patta, mix it well. Keep aside for 10 minutes.

Take a wok, add oil, heat it. Drop small portions of the batter in hot oil, moderate the flame, deep fry them in batches until light brown.

Take out the curd at the time of serving, mix PHULKI (do not overcrowd the curd) &salt, black salt, red chilli powder & zeera powder, mix it gently. Transfer it to a serving bowl, garnish it with chopped dhania patta...
