Ingredients

  • 2 clovesgarlic, minced
  • 1/2white onion, diced small
  • 1potato, diced small
  • 1 cuplentils (about 200 grams)
  • 2bouillon cubes or 1 teaspoon each curry powder and black pepper
  • 2 cupswater (about 480 ml), plus more as needed

Steps

  1. 1

    In a pot, sauté the onion, garlic, and potato. Add the spices and bouillon cubes.

  2. 2

    Add the lentils and water. Cook over medium heat until the lentils and potatoes are tender.

  3. 3

    Blend the soup with a blender until smooth and creamy.
